I think my husband likes another woman, should I ask him or not?

Asalam allaikum warahmatullah, sister please guide me as I am very distress and unhappy because i believe my husband likes another woman who is a relative. He is always staring at her and speaks to her any chance he gets even though she is not his Maharam. He would offer her anything before he offers it to anyone else especially me. I would like you to please tell me if I should express my feelings to him and ask him if what I think is true or not?
