Tahajjud Salaah is offered the same way as any other fardh, wajib, sunnat, or nafil prayers are offered. Tahajjud should be read in sets of two or four. The minimum for tahajjud is four rakaat and the maximum is twelve rakaats. If not, then even two rakaats will suffice. If one does not have the courage to offer it before the time of fajr enters, then one can offer these rakaats right after Isha salaah. Salaat-ul-witr is three rakat salaah with one salaam, after qada uola (first sitting after two rakaats) you will read tashahud except durood and you will stand up for the third rakaat. Now in this rakaat, after surah Fatiha and a surah you will raise your hand (should not raise above your shoulder) while saying Allahu Akbar then again place your arm at your chest then read Dua-e-Qunoot. Then say Allahu Akbar (with out raising your hands) perform ruku then sajda then tashahud and durood-e-ibrahim then salaam.
